The breaking of Aisa signified the start of the wars of sovereignty.
Once a proud race of the Federation, the few surviving Aisans now cling to a
few orbital installations above their devesatated planet.

Whilst still technically part of the Federation, the Aisan survivors have
not managed to unify themselves under a new authority, let alone retain
control over the Alcipid system. 

Aisa IV is the only semi-habitable moon of Aisa.
